the tsuyuhikari blend (my "lowest grade" matcha) is better than almost all matcha on the market in New Zealand

especially cos I FLEW THIS IN AND IT IS AS FRESH AS IT CAN BE

This tier of matcha is where you can start to use 70-80°C water and not worry about bitterness or astringency
