I will consider breaking the board if you just need a few connectors etc but listed it like this as really lot of good stuff on here

very easy to change and often get damaged

Have left these on their panels as when i send loose they often get bent

or they only have one and dont want to loose that so would like a spare

I have seen a slightly different pcb from a later unit
