Its an alright gangster flick, nothing groundbreaking of course, but the set and costume designs are very pretty, and all the actors turn in some solid performances (Mary Astor in particular seems to be having a lot of fun here.) It just feels like it runs a little long for what it is, it couldve been a 45 minute film and still gotten across everything it was going for
